新生儿救治资源对新生儿治疗结局影响的研究进展

Research progress on the effect of neonatal rescue resources on neonatal treatment outcomes

新生儿救治对于危重新生儿存活及预后起着至关重要的作用,而进行救治工作离不开配置完善的新生儿救治资源。我国新生儿学科经过几十年的发展,紧随国际脚步,相关基础设备、医师数量、管理制度、救治理念等取得了巨大进步,因此我国新生儿的病死率与致残率持续降低。本文对国内外新生儿救治资源和治疗结局的发展历程、建设方法、关键技术和作用进行综述,发现新生儿救治资源的完善对于新生儿的治疗结局有着全方面的积极影响,但还存在技术和理念有待提高、资源分配不均等问题,限制了新生儿救治的进一步发展。本研究可为新生儿救治体系的完善和发展提供参考。

Neonatal rescue plays a crucial role in the survival and prognosis of critically ill neonates, and the rescue work is inseparable from the well-configured neonatal rescue resources. After decades of development, neonatology in my country has followed the international pace, and great progress has been made in relevant infrastructure, number of physicians,management systems, and treatment concepts. As a result, the mortality and disability rates of neonates in my country have continued to decrease. This article reviews the development process, construction methods, key technologies and functions of neonatal rescue resources and outcomes at home and abroad, and finds that the improvement of neonatal rescue resources has a positive impact on neonatal outcomes in all aspects, but there are still technical and problems such as the need to improve the concept and the unequal distribution of resources limit the further development of neonatal treatment. This study can provide a reference for the improvement and development of the neonatal rescue system.
