社区教育、老年教育的开展,使开放学历教育面向全体社会中不同职业类型、有不同学习需求和不同教育目标的人群,这就要求开放教育必须进行脱胎换骨式的根本性变革。
In the process of transformation, Dalian Open University, by leveraging the advantages of the former two organizations(Dalian Vocational and Technical College and Dalian Radio & TV University), combines secondary and higher vocational education to help China build a lifelong learning system for all. Using “Internet plus” strategy and its own advantage, Dalian Open University is also stepping up efforts to build a lifelong learning platform for the local residents in Dalian city.
