气虚血瘀型产后腰痛艾灸干预对腰背功能康复的影响

Effect of Moxibustion Intervention on Low Back Function Recovery of Patients with Postpartum Low Back Pain of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的观察气虚血瘀型产后腰痛患者应用艾灸干预对其腰背功能康复的影响。方法随机数字表法将武乡县中医院2020年1月—2020年12月收治的186例气虚血瘀型产后腰痛患者分为观察组和对照组2组,每组93例。对照组仅采取常规产后康复护理,观察组在对照组的基础上应用艾灸进行干预。干预后,比较2组临床疗效;干预前后应用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估2组产妇腰背疼痛程度,采用Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)和日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评估2组产妇腰背功能情况。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,2组产妇VAS、ODI及JOA评分比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者VAS及ODI评分均明显低于对照组,JOA评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸可有效改善气虚血瘀型产后腰痛患者腰背功能康复。

Objective To observe the effect of moxibustion intervention on low back function recovery of patients with postpartum low back pain of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods 186 patients with postpartum low back pain of qi deficiency and blood stasis type who were admitted to Wuxiang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January and December 2020 were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 93 cases in each group.The control group received conventional postpartum rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received moxibustion intervention on this basis.Clinical intervention effects of the two groups were compared.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the degree of back pain before and after the intervention.Oswestry disability index(ODI)and the Japanese Orthopedic Association Scale(JOA)were used to evaluate low back function.Results The total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was,significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in maternal VAS scores,ODI scores and JOA scores before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the VAS scores and ODI scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the JOA scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion can effectively promote lower back function recovery of patients with postpartum low back pain of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.
