郑则敏教授治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛经验探析

Analysis on the Experience of Professor Zheng Zemin in Treating Post-Herpetic Neuralgia

带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)指带状疱疹皮损已愈后在受累神经区出现的持续性疼痛且时间超过4周,是带状疱疹最常见的并发症,也是常见的感染后神经痛类型,属临床难治疾患。目前中医药在治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛方面具有一定优势。福建省名中医郑则敏教授根据自己60余载临床工作经验,在治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛以肝脾兼调,擅用虫药以达扶正清解余毒,理气活血、化瘀止痛之效,临证化裁,疗效显著,今举验案,以资鉴考。

Post-herpetic neuralgia(PHN)refers to the persistent pain in the affected nerve area after the skin lesion of herpes zoster has been healed for more than four weeks.It is the most common complication of herpes zoster,it is a clinical refractory disease.At present,traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of PHN.Professor Zheng Zemin,a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in Fujian Province,based on his more than 60 years of clinical work experience,is good at using insect medicine to strengthen the body,clear away the remaining toxins,regulate qi and activate blood circulation,remove blood stasis and relieve pain.His clinical effect is remarkable.This case is for reference.
