透穴温针治疗糖尿病下肢周围神经病变的临床研究

Clinical Study on Point-penetrating Warming Needle Acupuncture in Treating Lower Limbs Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的与实验分析透穴温针对糖尿病下肢周围神经病变患者的临床疗效。方法糖尿病下肢周围神经病变患者118例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各59例。对照组在糖尿病常规治疗基础上加服神经营养剂(甲钴胺分散片),治疗组则在基础治疗上加透穴温针治疗,疗程均为3个月。比较2组患者治疗前后的中医证候评分、多伦多临床评分、血黏度、下肢神经传导速度。结果治疗组患者治疗后的总有效率显著优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组中医证候评分、多伦多评分、血黏度、下肢运动神经与感觉神经传导速度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,2组患者的上述指标结果较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.05);而且,观察组患者治疗后的上述指标结果较对照组亦可见显著改善(P<0.05)。结论透穴加温针能改善机体血液流通与神经传导速度,显著减轻下肢糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of point-penetrating warming needle acupuncture in treating lower limbs diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods 118 patients with DPN were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 59 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment with alimentary control and so on.The control group was orally treated with MeCobalamin tablets,and the treatment group was treated with point-penetrating warming needle acupuncture on lower limbs acpoints.The treatment course in both groups was three months.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms,Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS),hemorheology index,and nerve conduction velocity(NCV)were detected before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate was the treatment group and control group.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,TCSS,levels of hemorheology index,the lower limbs nerve conduction velocity were considerably decreased(P<0.05).The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The point-penetrating warming needle acupuncture can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and improve those hemorheology level and NCV.
