穴位按摩护理联合膳食指导在老年骨折患者术后便秘中的应用

The Application of Acupoint Massage Nursing Combined with Dietary Guidance in Postoperative Constipation of Elderly Patients with Fracture

目的分析穴位按摩护理联合膳食指导在老年骨折患者术后便秘中的应用。方法运用奇偶数分组法将2018年2月—2021年12月在沁源县人民医院诊疗的老年骨折术后卧床患者分为2组,其中常规组41例给予常规护理,联合组41例在常规组基础上予以穴位按摩和膳食指导。结果联合组排便相关指标均优于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组不同时点便秘症状积分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论于常规护理上施加穴位按摩联合膳食指导对老年骨折患者术后便秘有显著作用,可改善患者便秘症状,促进排便,值得在临床进一步推广。

Objective To analyze the application of acupoint massage nursing combined with dietary guidance in elderly patients with postoperative constipation fracture.Methods The elderly patients with fracture who were treated in Qinyuan People’s Hospital from February 2018 to December 2021 were divided into two groups by odd and even grouping method.41 cases in the conventional group were given routine care,and 41 cases in the combined group were given acupoint massage and dietary guidance on the basis of the conventional group.Results The defecation related indexes of combined group were better than those of conventional group(P<0.05).The constipation symptom score of observation group was lower than that of conventional group at different time points(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with dietary guidance on routine nursing has a significant effect on postoperative constipation of elderly patients with fracture,which can improve the symptoms of constipation and promote defecation,and is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
