马居里教授对李东垣《脾胃论》学术思想的临证发挥

Clinical Exertion of Professor Ma Juli of Li Dongyuan’s Academic Thought in Treatise on Spleen and Stomach

马居里教授作为陕西省首届名中医、主任医师、教授,重视对历代名医经典著作的研读和经验的传承,通过临床验证,对古方治疗今病疾病谱有创新发挥。马教授在中医教学和临床享有盛誉,笔者有幸在攻读硕士研究生期间,继承了导师运用李东垣《脾胃论》学术思想临证发挥时灵活辨证论治的学术精髓:内伤脾胃,百病由生;中焦既健,以灌四傍;治病首重调理后天脾胃。

As the first famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor,chief physician and professor in Shaanxi Province,Professor Ma Juli attaches great importance to the study and inheritance of the classic works of famous doctors of the past dynasties,and through clinical verification,the innovative play of ancient prescriptions for the treatment of the disease spectrum.Professor Ma Juli enjoys a high reputation in the teaching and clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.The author is fortunate to inherit the academic essence of Professor Ma Juli’s flexible syndrome differentiation and treatment in the clinical application of Li Dongyuan’s academic thought in Treatise on Spleen and Stomach during his postgraduate study:internal injury to the spleen and stomach,all diseases originated from internal injury spleen and stomach,Zhongjiao is healthy,and can irrigating the other four viscera.The treatment is to regulate the acquired spleen and stomach.
