基于文献之红景天抗脑出血损伤机制探讨

摘要 目的通过文献挖掘分析红景天抗脑出血损伤的作用机制,为临床用药提供依据。方法检索2010年1月—2020年12月中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI),万方数据知识服务平台、维普网和PubMed收录经红景天干预脑出血的相关文献,采用Microsoft Excel 2016软件统计所涉及的作用机制及相关生物标记物。结果共检索到9篇相关文献,符合条件的有8篇,其中1篇为临床疗效分析,6篇为动物实验研究,1篇为细胞实验研究,均为中文文献。对文献进行分析发现,红景天抗脑出血损伤的主要机制涉及抗炎、抗缺氧、减轻脑水肿、抑制小胶质细胞活化、抑制细胞凋亡和调节细胞自噬,并以减轻脑水肿和调节自噬为主。发现与之相关的生物标记物主要有:NF-kB、MPO、HIF-1a、血红蛋白、VEGF、脑含水量、PTEN、Akt、Bcl-2、Bax、Beclin 1、LC3Ⅰ、LC3-Ⅱ、Cathepsin D、p62。结论红景天抗脑出血损伤机制广泛,具有多途径、多靶点的特点,涉及抗炎、抗缺氧、减轻脑水肿、抑制小胶质细胞活化、抑制凋亡和调节自噬等,临床治疗效果显著,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze the mechanism of rhodiola resisting cerebral hemorrhage injury through literature mining,and provide evidence for clinical medication.Methods From January 2010 to December 2020,the Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,weipu.com and PubMed included relevant literature on the intervention of cerebral hemorrhage by Rhodiola were searched.The mechanism of action and related biomarkers were analyzed by Microsoft Excel 2016 software.Results A total of 9 relevant documents were retrieved,and 8 were eligible,of which 1 was a clinical efficacy analysis,6 was an animal experiment study,and 1 was a cell experiment study,all of which were Chinese documents.Analysis of the literature found that the main mechanism of Rhodiola anti-cerebral hemorrhage injury involves anti-inflammation,anti-hypoxia,reducing brain edema,inhibiting microglia activation,inhibiting cell apoptosis and regulating cell autophagy,and to reduce brain edema and mainly regulate autophagy.The main biomarkers found to be related to it are:NF-kB,MPO,HIF-1 a,hemoglobin,VEGF,brain water content,PTEN,Akt,Bcl-2,Bax,Beclin 1,LC3Ⅰ,LC3-Ⅱ,Cathepsin D and p62.Conclusion Rhodiola has a wide range of anti-cerebral hemorrhage injury mechanisms,with the characteristics of multiple pathways and multiple targets,involving anti-inflammatory,anti-hypoxia,reducing cerebral edema,inhibiting microglia activation,inhibiting apoptosis and regulating autophag.It has significant clinical effect,and is worthy of promotion and application.
