耳穴贴压干预口渴感的研究进展

Research Progress on Auricular Point Pressing in the Intervention of Thirst

口渴作为一种多因素症状,在临床较为常见,如血液透析、心力衰竭患者。持续强烈的口渴感影响着患者的生活质量、心理健康,还会降低患者治疗依从性,导致疾病恶化。因此,探索有效的干预方式迫在眉睫。此研究对国内外口渴感相关研究进行综述,包括口渴的病因病机、发生状况及耳穴贴压干预口渴的应用现状,分析此项护理技术的可行性及现存问题并提出展望,旨在提高护理人员对口渴的认识,为临床干预口渴感提供参考。

As a multifactorial symptom,thirst is more common in clinical practice,such as patients with hemodialysis and heart failure.The persistent strong thirst affects the patient’s quality of life and mental health,and also reduces the patient’s compliance with treatment,leading to worsening of the disease.Therefore,it is urgent to explore effective intervention methods.This study reviews the domestic and foreign research related to thirst,including the etiology and pathogenesis of thirst,its occurrence and the application status of auricular acupoint pressing to interfere with thirst,to analyze the feasibility and existing problems of this nursing technology and put forward prospects.The aim is to improve nurses’awareness of thirst and provide references for clinical interventions on thirst.
