Research Progress on Molecular Identification Methods of Cordyceps

冬虫夏草作为名贵的中药材,具有很高的营养价值和经济价值,但虫草资源稀缺,且存在多种易混淆物种,亟需提高其鉴别能力以保证市场的规范及消费者食用的安全。分子鉴伪技术作为新型的基于核酸特征的检测方法,近年来在中药鉴伪中的应用日益广泛。此文综述了近年来分子鉴定技术在冬虫夏草及其易混淆物种鉴别中的研究进展,主要包括基于ITS序列及COI序列的DNA测序技术和多种PCR检测技术。

Cordyceps is a valuable Chinese medicinal material with high nutritional value and economic value.However,Cordyceps resources are scarce and there are many easily confused species.It is urgent to improve its identification ability to ensure market regulation and consumer safety.As a new detection method based on nucleic acid features,molecular authentication technology has been widely used in traditional Chinese medicine authentication in recent years.This article summarizes the recent research progress of molecular identification technology in the identification of Cordyceps and its easily confused species,including DNA sequencing technology based on ITS sequence and COI sequence and various PCR detection technologies.
