肖家洼煤矿双煤层协同开采顺序优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 结合肖家洼煤矿邻近煤层(8号煤层与13号煤层)协同开采实际,构建三维等比例全要素数值计算模型;基于下煤层回采巷道围岩应力分布特征,针对换翼采区间跳采以及同翼采区内顺采进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,采用换翼采区间跳采方法,不仅能有效避免上煤层工作面回采对下煤层回采巷道的影响,而且在本煤层工作面推进时矿压显现强度也呈现降低趋势。为类似地质条件矿井采掘衔接设计提供参考。 Combined with the synergetic mining of adjacent coal seams(No.8 and No.13 coal seam) in Xiaojiawa Mine, a three-dimensional equal-proportion total-factor numerical calculation model was constructed in this study. Based on the stress distribution of the surrounding rock of the lower coal seam, a comparative analysis was made between the skip mining in the mining area with changing wings and the sequential mining in the same wing mining area. The results showed that the skip mining can not only effectively avoid the impact of the upper coal seam mining face on the lower coal seam mining roadway, but also reduce the ground pressure when the working face of the same coal seam advances. This study could provide theoretical support for the design of the connection between mining and excavation under similar conditions.
