藿香正气液防治化疗相关恶心呕吐临床观察

Clinical Observation on Huoxiang Zhengqi Oral Liquid in the prevention and Treatment of Chemotherapy-induced Nausea and Vomiting

目的观察评价藿香正气液防治化疗相关恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法选择2020年12月—2021年7月在西南医科大学附属中医医院肿瘤血液病二科住院且需要接受化疗的患者77例,随机分为对照组及试验组。对照组给予西医止吐药物治疗;试验组在对照组的基础上加用藿香正气液。观察并比较2组患者治疗后恶心、呕吐控制率、中医证候评分、KPS评分、血常规及电解质等几个方面。结果试验组在延迟期化疗相关性恶心、呕吐的控制率,KPS评分及改善中医证候评分方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论藿香正气液是一种防治延迟性化疗相关性恶心呕吐的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.Methods A total of 77 patients with malignant tumors hospitalized to receive chemotherapy were selected as the research objects in the period from December 2020 to July 2021 in Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University at the second division of oncology-hematology.They were randomly divided into two groups using the randomdigital table method.Different interventions were given in two groups.The control group was given basic western medicine treatment according to standard CINV therapy.The experimental group was given adjuvant of Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate in controlling nausea and vomiting,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and Karnofsky functional status score,routine blood and electrolyte were compared between the two groups after interventions.Results The experimental group had a higher total effective rate than the control group in controlling both delayed nausea and vomiting,Karnofsky functional status score and evaluation for traditional Chinese medicine syndrome improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxiang Zhengqi oral liquid is an effective approach in preventing and delayed treating nausea and vomiting.
