中药穴位敷贴联合辨证推拿在小儿腹泻护理中的应用

The Application of Acupoint Application of Chinese Medicine Combined with Massage Based on Syndrome Differentiation in Nursing of Diarrhea in Children

目的探讨中药穴位敷贴联合辨证推拿在小儿腹泻护理中的应用。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月在山西省儿童医院消化科诊疗的90例腹泻患儿,按照单双数抽签法分成对照组(45例)和联合组(45例),其中对照组给予常规治疗和护理,联合组于常规治疗和护理基础上予以中药穴位敷贴联合辨证推拿护理,比较2组护理效果。结果联合组腹泻、呕吐以及发热缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05),日排便次数少于对照组(P<0.05),粪便性状和呕吐分值比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位敷贴联合辨证推拿更有利于改善腹泻患儿临床症状,缩短症状改善时间,具有重要推广价值。

Objective To explore the application of acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with massage based on syndrome differentiation in the nursing of diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 90 children with diarrhea who were treated in Shanxi Children’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group(45 cases)and combined group(45 cases)according to the odd-even number lottery method.The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing,while the combined group was given traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with syndrome differentiation and massage nursing on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing.Results The relief time of diarrhea,vomiting and fever in the combined group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the number of daily defecation was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the fecal traits and vomiting score were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with massage based on syndrome differentiation is more beneficial to improve the clinical symptoms of children with diarrhea and shorten the time of symptom improvement,which has important promotion value.
