中药泥灸护理在膝关节骨性关节炎中的应用

The Application of Chinese Medicine Mud Moxibustion Nursing in Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察中药泥灸护理在膝关节骨性关节炎中的应用。方法以82例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,按照1∶1分组法将其分为2组,其中对照组41例给予疼痛等常规护理和康复训练指导。观察组41例给予常规护理+中药泥灸护理,4周后比较2组护理效果。结果VAS比较,2组护理后均下降(P<0.05),观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛消失时间比对照组短(P<0.05)。2组Lequesne比较,护理后均降低(P<0.05),且观察组Lequesne低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药泥灸护理可减轻膝关节骨性关节炎患者疼痛,缩短疼痛消失时间,防止病情进一步加重。

Objective To observe the application of Chinese medicine mud moxibustion nursing in knee osteoarthritis.Methods 82 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into 2 groups according to 1∶1 grouping method.41 patients in the control group were given pain routine nursing and rehabilitation training guidance.The observation group of 41 cases were given conventional nursing and Chinese medicine mud moxibustion nursing.After 4 weeks,the nursing effect of between the two groups was compared.Results VAS decreased in both groups after nursing(P<0.05),the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The time of pain disappearance in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The Lequesne of both groups decreased after nursing(P<0.05),and the Lequesne of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine mud moxibustion nursing can relieve the pain of patients with knee osteoarthritis,shorten the time of pain disappear,and prevent further aggravation of the condition.
