摘要
目的验证本科生导师制对本科生思想品质、学习能力、临床技能、科研思维及未来就业目标有积极影响。方法基于滨州医学院大四课程教学,通过分组对照试验,探讨本科生导师制在实际应用中的积极作用以及存在的问题。结果本科生导师制对本科学生综合能力的发展有一定积极作用,但仍存在导师定位不清晰、师生认同感缺乏以及运行制度不够完善等问题。结论本科生导师制是一项具有深远意义的新型教育制度,针对其存在的问题,需要认真思考并逐步完善这一制度,以建立更好的本科生培养模式。
Objective To verify the positive effects of undergraduate tutorial system on undergraduates’ideological quality,learning ability,clinical skills,scientific research thinking and future employment goals.Methods Based on the senior course teaching in Binzhou Medical University,the positive effect and existing problems of undergraduate tutorial system in practical application were discussed through group controlled experiment.Results The tutorial system has a positive effect on the development of the comprehensive ability of undergraduate students,but there are still some problems,such as the unclear orientation of tutors,the lack of identity of teachers and students,and the imperfect operation system.Conclusion Undergraduate tutorial system is a new educational system with far-reaching significance.In view of its existing problems,we need to think seriously and improve the system step by step,so as to establish a better undergraduate training mode.
