符为民教授基于“六腑以通为用”与脑-肠轴理论治疗卒中后抑郁经验

Professor Fu Weimin’s experience in the treatment of post-stroke depression based on the theory of “six fu-organs function well when unobstructed” and brain-gut axis

卒中后抑郁是抑郁的一种特殊存在形式,严重影响脑卒中患者神经功能的恢复及回归社会的能力。符为民教授认为其病机为脏腑气机失调,痰浊瘀血内生,脑腑功能失调。基于“六腑以通为用”中医理论,符教授提出以通腑为治疗大法,临证时常根据疾病的不同阶段,精准辨证,采用通腑降气、泻心通腑、化痰通气、活血通腑、醒脑通腑等不同“通”法,临床疗效显著。

Post-stroke depression is a special form of depression,which can seriously affect the recovery of neurological function and the ability to return to society.Professor Fu Weimin believes that the pathogenesis is the imbalance of viscera and qi movement,the endogenous phlegm and blood stasis,and the dysfunction of brain and internal organs.Based on the Chinese medicine theory of “six fu-organs function well when unobstructed”,Professor Fu proposes to use the method of dredging the fu organs as the treatment,clinical syndrome differentiation is often accurate according to different stages of the disease.Different“dredging”methods,such as dredging the fu organs and lowering qi,purging the heart and dredging the fu organs,resolving phlegm and ventilating,promoting blood circulation and dredging the fu organs,and reviving the brain and dredging the fu organs are adopted,with remarkable clinical effects.
