无缝隙护理与运动康复护理对心力衰竭患者心功能指标、自我管理能力的影响

Effect of seamless nursing and exercise rehabilitation nursing on cardiac function index and self-management ability in patients with heart failure

目的 研究无缝隙护理与运动康复护理对心力衰竭患者心功能指标、自我管理能力的影响。方法 选取2021年1月至12月于空军军医大学唐都医院治疗的96例心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,依照不同护理方式将其分为无缝组(无缝隙护理,34例)、运动组(运动康复护理,32例)和对照组(常规护理,30例)。比较干预前后三组心功能、自我管理能力。结果 干预后,三组自我护理技能、健康知识水平、自护责任、自我概念高于干预前,且无缝组高于运动组及对照组,运动组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,各组左心室收缩末期直径、左心室舒张末期直径、脑利钠肽低于干预前,且无缝组低于运动组及对照组,运动组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组左心室射血分数高于干预前,且无缝组高于运动组及对照组,运动组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 无缝隙护理可恢复心力衰竭患者的心功能,增加患者的自我管理能力。

Objective To study the effects of seamless nursing and exercise rehabilitation nursing on cardiac function index and self-management ability in patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 96 patients with heart failure who were treated in Tangdu Hospital of Air Force Medical University from January to December 2021 were selected as research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into seamless group(seamless nursing,34 cases),exercise group(exercise rehabilitation nursing,32 cases) and control group(routine nursing,30 cases).The cardiac function and self-management ability of the three groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the self-care skills,health knowledge level,self-care responsibility,and self-concept of the three groups were higher than those before intervention,while those of the seamless group were higher than those of the exercise group and the control group,and those of the exercise group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the end systolic diameter of left ventricle,end diastolic diameter of left ventricle,and brain natriuretic peptide of all groups were lower than those before intervention,while those of the seamless group were lower than those of exercise group and control group,and those of exercise group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the left ventricular ejection fraction in each group were higher than that before intervention,and that of the seamless group was higher than that of the exercise group and the control group,while that of the exercise group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless nursing can restore heart function in patients with heart failure and increase their self-management ability.
