摘要
目的 探讨膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者术后护理中行分阶段康复干预的措施及效果。方法 选取2019年5月至2022年3月在合肥市第一人民医院诊治的100例KOA患者分为两组。对照组(50例)患者术后行常规康复干预,观察组(50例)术后再行分阶段康复干预。观察术后21 d(干预后)患者疼痛程度、关节功能恢复及日常生活能力情况等。结果 干预后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组美国特种外科医院评分,主动、被动关节活动度高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 膝关节置换术治疗KOA患者术后护理中行分阶段康复干预,可有效帮助患者更好地缓解术后疼痛感,促进患者术后关节功能获得更好地改善。
Objective To investigate the measures and effects of phased rehabilitation intervention in postoperative nursing of patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 100 patients with KOA treated in Hefei First People’s Hospital from May 2019 to March 2022 were divided into two groups.The control group(50 cases) received routine rehabilitation intervention after surgery,while the observation group(50 cases) received phased rehabilitation intervention after surgery.The degree of pain,recovery of joint function and ability of daily living were observed 21 days after the operation.Results After intervention,the visual analogue scale score of the two groups was lower than that before intervention,while that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the hospital for special surgery score,active and passive range of motion in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,while those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phased rehabilitation intervention in postoperative nursing of KOA patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty can effectively help patients better relieve postoperative pain and promote better improvement of postoperative joint function.
