新时代西藏现代化四维初探

Preliminary study on the four dimensions of Tibet’s modernization in the new era

党的二十大为全党全国人民确立了以中国式现代化推进中华民族伟大复兴的宏伟目标,极大地凝聚了全党全国人民的力量。西藏提出要狠抓“四件大事”,走一条新时代西藏特点的现代化发展之路。文章从以民族团结为境界,凝聚新时代西藏现代化力量;以经济高质量发展为主题,夯实新时代西藏现代化物质基础;以生态文明建设为载体,构筑西藏人与自然和谐共生的现代化;以强边兴边富民为重大责任,实现西藏均衡发展的现代化等四个维度阐述了“四个创建”、“四个走在前列”与实现西藏特点的现代化之间的内在联系。

The Party’s 20th National Congress established the grand goal of promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese modernization for the whole Party and the Chinese people, which greatly condensed the strength of the whole Party and the Chinese people. Tibet has called for a vigorous focus on the "four major issues" and a path of modernization that features Tibet in the new era. The paper, taking the national unity as the realm,gathers the modernization of Tibet in the new era;taking high-quality economic development as the theme, consolidates the material foundation of Tibet’s modernization in the new era;taking the construction of ecological civilization as the carrier, builds the modernization of harmonious coexistence between Tibetan people and nature;taking strengthening prosperity and enriching the people as the great responsibility, realizes balanced development of Tibet’s modernization.The four dimensions explain the internal connection between "four founding", "four leading" and realizing the modernization of Tibet characteristics.
