线性与非线性逻辑下的媒介协同治理路径演进——基于媒介技术的视角

Media collaborative governance path evolution under the linear and non-linear logics——From the perspective of media technology

媒介技术的发展不仅深刻地改变了媒介形态,还推动了媒介协同参与社会治理的机制创新。作为一种技术赋能,媒体协同治理经历了从舆论监督型治理、协商对话型治理、开放考评型治理的线性逻辑到融媒体非线性逻辑的演进逻辑。融媒体以一种工具形式内嵌于社会治理活动中,促成社会治理主体以媒介为中心结成复杂的依赖关系;而媒介也得以介入到社会治理的复杂性中,并最终实现以“治理媒介化”为目标的媒介技术与治理靶向的深度耦合。

The development of media technology has not only profoundly changed the form of media,but also promoted the mechanism innovation of media collaborative participation in social governance.As a kind of technology empowerment,media collaborative governance has experienced the evolution logic from the linear logic of public opinion supervision governance,consultative dialogue governance,open evaluation governance to the non-linear logic of convergence media.Convergence media is embedded in the social governance activities as a tool,which promotes the social governance subject to form a complex dependence relationship with the media as the center.And the media can also get involved in the complexity of social governance,and finally achieve the deep coupling of media technology and governance targeting with the goal of"media governance".
