法治建设作为人类共同崇高理想的体现,也是维稳机制构建的基础和目标。实现维稳治理法治化建设是一项系统工程,我们要以习近平法治思想为指引,深化对维稳本质和稳定工作规律的认识和探索,遵循法律规则和法定程序,通过法治思维和法治方式来有效化解社会冲突和社会风险。以法治引领和保障维稳特殊作用发挥,实现国家与社会的良性互动、合作共治,最终达成经济社会的平稳快速发展和每个人的全面发展。
The construction of the rule of law, as the embodiment of the common noble ideals of mankind, is also the foundation and goal of the mechanism of maintaining stability. Upholding stability and governance under the rule of law is a systematic project. Guided by the Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, we need to deepen our understanding and exploration of the nature of maintaining stability and the laws governing its work, follow legal rules and procedures, and effectively defuse social conflicts and risks through thinking and means of the rule of law.
