中国共产党成立后,中华民族由历史上的自在、近代的自觉推进到自为的阶段。中华民族共同体的建设是贯穿党百年民族工作的一条主线。中华民族共同体的建设是一个主客观因素交融互动、多层面相辅相成、各阶段接续推进的动态历史进程,从“政治共同体”到“经济共同体”再到“文化共同体”是中华民族共同体建设不同历史阶段的重心所在。其中,政治共同体是框架和基准,经济共同体是基础和支撑,文化共同体是内核和灵魂。
