BIM技术在施工阶段索赔流程优化中的应用研究

摘要 建筑工程施工阶段索赔工作直接影响项目的盈利甚至合同的履行,目前施工企业索赔工作存在机会辨识能力弱、证据资料收集困难、因索赔证据提交错过时效而丧失索赔权利等问题。该文以承包人索赔程序为研究对象,提出在施工阶段将BIM模型与进度数据、成本数据通过智慧工地管理平台和信息化技术手段进行高度关联,从索赔事件构成要素、运行机理、实现办法等方面深入探讨BIM技术在施工阶段索赔流程优化中的应用。研究提出的基于BIM技术的索赔流程,可为施工企业高效准确开展索赔工作、维护索赔发起方合法权益、提高项目管理水平提供新的思路和方法。 The claims in the construction stage of a construction project directly affect the profitability of the project and even the performance of the contract. At present, the claim work of construction enterprises has the problems of weak opportunity recognition ability,difficulty in collecting evidence information, and loss of claim rights due to missing the statute of limitations for the submission of claim evidence, etc. This paper takes the contractor’s claim process as the research object, proposes to highly correlate the BIM model with the progress data and cost data through the smart site management platform and information technology means, and deeply discusses the application of BIM technology in the optimization of the claim process in the construction stage from the aspects of claim event components,operation mechanisms and realization methods. The claim process based on BIM technology proposed in this paper provides new ideas and methods for construction enterprises to carry out claim work efficiently and accurately, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of claim initiators, and improve project management.
