青蒿素及其衍生物抗炎作用研究进展

Research Progress on Anti-Inflammatory Effects of Artemisinin and Its Derivatives

炎症是各种生理和病理过程的基础,是机体对于刺激的一种防御反应。引发炎症的因子有病原体感染、物理因子、化学因子及免疫反应等。常用的甾体及非甾体消炎药,具有一定副作用,寻找低毒、副作用小的天然抗炎药物成为近年来研究热点。研究发现青蒿素及其衍生物对神经系统炎症、自身免疫性疾病、呼吸系统炎症和泌尿系统炎症有较好的治疗作用。本文综述了青蒿素及其衍生物在抗炎方面的分子机制,以期为其临床应用提供一定的参考与指导。

Inflammation is the basis of various physiological and pathological processes,which is a defense response of the body to stimuli.Factors that cause inflammation include pathogens infections,physical factors,chemical factors and immune responses.Commonly used steroids and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have certain side effects,therefore searching natural anti-inflammatory drugs with low toxicity and tiny side effects has become a research hotspot recently.Studies have shown that artemisinin and its derivatives have good therapeutic effects on nervous system inflammation,autoimmune diseases,respiratory and urinary system inflammation.This study reviewed the molecular mechanism of artemisinin and its derivatives in anti-inflammatory activities,which provides references and guidance for its clinical application.
