基于归经理论指导下川芎治疗头痛的研究进展

Research Progress of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.in Treatment of Headache under Guidance of Meridian Tropism Theory

中药归经理论是中医药的基本理论之一,对临床“遣方用药”有着重要的指导意义。本文以川芎为研究对象,通过查阅历代典籍与中外文献,从川芎归经的本草考证与配伍应用来阐明川芎作为归经药存在的必然性,并从药效物质基础与作用机制两个方面来论述川芎归肝经而治头痛的合理性。以期为川芎的归经治疗作用提供一些有益的探索,为更好地指导川芎的临床应用提供一定的思路。

The theory of meridian tropism is one of the basic theories in TCM,which has an important guiding significance for clinical use.This study takes Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.(Chuanxiong)as the research object,by referring to literature at home and abroad,it clarified the necessity of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.as meridian introducing medicinal by exploring the herbal textual research and its compatibility application,and it discussed the rationality of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.entering into Liver meridian in terms of treating headache from two aspects of pharmacodynamic materia basis and action mechanism.It provided some beneficial exploration for the meridian therapy of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.and certain ideas for better guiding the clinical application of the herb.
