ZEB1和ZEB2在子宫腺肌症患者中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨E-盒结合锌指蛋白(ZEB1/ZEB2)在子宫腺肌症中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2018年6月至2020年3月于南昌市第一医院就诊的35例行全子宫切除的子宫腺肌症患者的子宫内膜组织作为实验组,10例因宫颈上皮内瘤变行全子宫切除的内膜组织作为对照组,采用免疫组化法检测ZEB1、ZEB2在两组中的表达情况并分析其与患者的临床特征的相关性。结果ZEB1在两组中的阳性表达率分别为74.29%(26/35)、30.00%(3/10);ZEB2在两组中的阳性表达率分别为22.86%(8/35)、20.00%(2/10)。ZEB1在子宫腺肌症子宫内膜中阳性表达显著高于正常子宫内膜(P=0.027);ZEB2在子宫腺肌症子宫内膜中的阳性表达高于正常子宫内膜,但差异无统计学意义。子宫腺肌症子宫内膜组织中ZEB1、ZEB2表达与患者的年龄、绝经状态、痛经、孕次、产次、月经周期、血清CA125水平均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论ZEB1在子宫腺肌症患者中高表达,提示其可能参与了子宫腺肌症的发生,其表达水平与患者的年龄、绝经状态、痛经、孕次、产次、月经周期、血清CA125水平无关。 Objective This study aimed to explore the expression and clinical significance of zinc finger E-box binding protein(ZEB1and ZEB2) in adenomyosis.Methods Thirty-five patients with adenomyosis who underwent total hysterectomy in Nanchang First Hospital from June 2018 to March 2020 were categorized into the experimental group,and 10 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia who underwent total hysterectomy were classified into the control group.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ZEB1 and ZEB2 in the two groups and to analyze their correlation with the clinical characteristics of patients.Results Immunohistochemical results revealed that the positive expression rates of ZEB1 in adenomyosis and normal endometrium were 74.29%(26/35) and 30.00%(3/10),respectively.The positive expression rates of ZEB2 in adenomyosis and normal endometrium were 22.86%(8/35) and 20.00%(2/10),respectively.The positive expression rate of ZEB1 in adenomyosis was significantly higher than that in normal uterus,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.027).The positive expression rate of ZEB2 in adenomyosis was higher than that in normal uterus,but the difference was not statistically significant.The expression of ZEB1 was not significantly correlated with age,dysmenorrhea,menopausal status,menstrual cycle,pregnancy,parity,and serum CA125 level(P>0.05).Conclusion ZEB1 is highly expressed in adenomyosis and is thus involved in the development and progression of adenomyosis.The expression of ZEB1 is not correlated with age,menopausal status,dysmenorrhea,menstrual cycle,pregnancy,parity,and serum CA125 level.
