摘要
介绍某电厂低压缸零出力改造前后7号低加无水位、温升异常的分析与处理过程,通过抽汽管路连接分析、管壁温度测量、温度计校验、汽侧放空气门内漏消除等成功解决了相关异常,为类似问题的处理提供了借鉴。
An introduction is made on the analysis and treatment process of No. 7 low-pressure heater without water level and abnormal temperature rise before and after zero output transformation of low-pressure cylinder in a power plant. Relevant anomalies are successfully solved based on the analysis of steam pipe connection, measurement of tube-wall temperature, thermometer calibration, and elimination of internal leakage of steam-side vent valves, etc., which offers reference for the treatment of similar problems.
