提升热风烘干机能效的实践

摘要 为了解决热风烘干机烘干周期长、效率低、耗能大的问题,介绍热风烘干机工作原理及现状;通过对其外观结构、加热器、电控柜、风机控制、压力控制、冷凝器等存在的不足进行改造,增加多种能耗计量仪表、小冷凝器和湿度检测装置,优化压缩空气管路,安装缓冲网板和“人”字型过滤网,使用约50℃中温水作冷却水,使烘干时间从90 min降到60 min,效率约提高30%,吨纱能耗节省235元,安全性能大幅提升。指出:改造后的热风烘干机增强了工艺分析和追溯功能,提高了压力控制的准确性,烘干效率高;实现了闭环管理与控制,大幅降低能源消耗,消除安全隐患。 In order to solve the problems of hot air dryer,such as long drying cycle,low efficiency and high energy consumption,the working principle and current situation of hot air dryer are introduced.Through the improvement of its appearance structure,heater,electric control cabinet,fan control,pressure control,condenser and other deficiencies,adding a variety of energy consumption meters,small condensers and humidity detection devices,optimizing pressure gas pipeline,installing buffer mesh plate and“λ”type filter,useing warm water about 50℃as cooling water,the drying time is reduced from 90 minutes to 60 minutes,the efficiency is increased by about 30%,the energy consumption of a ton of yarn is saved 235 yuan,and the safety performance is greatly improved.It is pointed out that the modified hot air dryer has enhanced the function of process analysis and tracing,improved the accuracy of pressure control,realized closed-loop management and control,and eliminated the hidden safety hazards.
