棉纺环锭细纱机牵伸变换齿轮摇臂工艺改进

摘要 为了解决棉纺环锭细纱机牵伸变换齿轮摇臂生产周期长、质量不稳定的问题,分析其现有加工工艺流程存在装夹定位困难、加工精度要求高、难度大的现状,遵循工序集中原则,提出改进方案;使用数控车床代替普通加工设备,一次装夹、一次定位完成?52H7,?55 mm,?62H7孔以及基准面的加工内容,提高基准面与孔的位置精度、垂直度;将毛坯底面外圆由圆弧变为整圆,保证调整空间、提高装夹稳定性。实践结果表明:改进工艺后,牵伸变换齿轮摇臂的加工流程缩短、装夹次数减少、装夹稳定性提高,黑皮问题得到解决,生产效率和产品质量得到提升。 In order to solve the problems of long production cycle and unstable quality of the rocker arm of draft shift gear for cotton ring spinning frame,the present situation of difficult clamping and positioning,high machining accuracy and difficulty in the existing process is analyzed,and the improvement scheme is put forward following the principle of process concentration.The improvement scheme using CNC lathe instead of ordinary processing equipment,once clamping,once positioning to complete the processing content of?52H7,?55 mm,?62H7 and base surface,to improve the position accuracy and perpendicularity of base surface and hole;the outer circle of the blank bottom surface is changed from an arc to an integral circle to ensure the adjustment space and improve the clamping stability.The practical results show that after the improvement of the process,the processing process of the rocker arm of draft shift gear is shortened,the clamping times are reduced,the clamping stability is improved,the black skin problem is solved,and the production efficiency and product quality are improved.
