摘要 帮扶贫困学生人力资本增值,促进贫困学生全面发展和自由发展,有利于提升贫困学生就业竞争力、提高就业质量。通过完善贫困学生发展质量评价标准明确学生能力培养目标,创新过程评价与结果评价相结合的评价方式综合评价贫困学生发展质量,构建导师制与资助项目课程化的资助模式实施精准能力帮扶,提高资助育人工作效能。 Assisting poor students’ human capital appreciation and promoting the all-round development of poor students and free development,are beneficial to improve the employment competitiveness of poor students as well as the quality of employment. By enhancing the evaluation criteria for the development quality of poor students,the training objectives of students’ ability are clarified,the evaluation method combining process evaluation and result evaluation is innovated to comprehensively evaluate the development quality of poor students,and the tutorial system and the curriculum-based funding model of funded projects are constructed to implement precise ability assistance and improve the efficiency of funded education.
