基于形态属性的中国省域数字经济发展水平再测算

Recalculation of the Development Level of China’s Provincial Digital Economy Based on Morphological Attributes

动态监测与科学评估数字经济发展水平可以为推动中国数字经济健康发展提供参考依据。基于形态属性,从信息经济、平台经济、共享经济、智能经济4个维度构建综合评价指标体系,并利用纵横向拉开档次法测度2013—2020年中国省域数字经济发展水平。研究发现:(1)中国数字经济发展水平在考察期内呈现逐年上升的变化趋势,且总体及不同形态数字经济发展水平的省域差异明显。(2)数字经济发展水平的主峰分布呈现明显的右移趋势,且存在显著为正的全局空间关联和局域集聚特征。(3)Dagum基尼系数分解显示,区域间差异是区域差异的主要来源。

Dynamic monitoring and scientific evaluation of the development level of digital economy is an important basis for promoting the healthy development of China’s digital economy.Based on China’s provincial panel data from 2013 to 2020,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system from the four dimensions of information economy,platform economy,sharing economy and intelligent economy,and measures the development level of China’s digital economy by using the horizontal and horizontal level separation method.The results show that:(1)the development level of China’s digital economy shows an upward trend year by year during the study period,and there is a significant gap in the development level of digital economy at different provinces as a whole.(2)The distribution of the main peak of the development level of digital economy shows an obvious trend of right shift,and there is a significant positive global spatial correlation and local agglomeration characteristics.(3)Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition shows that regional differences are the main source of regional differences.
