知识产权保护、创新驱动与制造业高质量发展——有调节的中介效应分析

Intellectual Property Protection,Innovation Drive and High-Quality Development of Manufacturing Industry:A Moderated Mediating Effect Analysis

研究探讨知识产权保护对制造业高质量发展的影响,尤其是创新驱动的中介作用以及政府效率、公平程度和市场化程度分别对这一中介路径的调节作用。选取1998—2020年我国制造行业数据的实证分析发现:知识产权保护正向促进制造业高质量发展;创新驱动正向促进制造业高质量发展;创新驱动在知识产权保护对制造业高质量发展中具有正向互补中介效应。较低的政府效率、公平程度和市场化程度都显著负向调节知识产权保护与创新驱动之间的关系。政府效率和市场化程度都正向调节创新驱动在知识产权保护与制造业高质量发展之间的中介作用;公平程度负向调节创新驱动在知识产权保护与制造业高质量发展之间的中介作用。随着政府效率、公平程度、市场化程度的提高,间接效应逐渐减弱。研究结论为通过加强知识产权保护提高制造业高质量发展提供了客观的经验证据,并揭示了其中的作用机制,对于相关部门制定重要政策促进制造业高质量发展有理论指导意义。

This paper discusses the impact of intellectual property protection on the high-quality development of manufacturing industry,especially the mediating role of innovation drive and the moderating role of government efficiency,fairness and marketization of government quality on this mediation route.The empirical analysis of China’s manufacturing industry data from 1998 to 2020 finds that intellectual property protection is positively promoting high-quality development of manufacturing industry;Innovation drive is promoting high-quality development of manufacturing industry;Innovation drive plays a complementary mediated role in the positive effect of intellectual property protection on the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.Low government efficiency negatively moderates the relationship between intellectual property protection and innovation drive.Both fairness and marketization negatively moderate the relationship between intellectual property protection and innovation drive.Both government efficiency and the degree of marketization positively moderate the mediating effect of innovation drive between intellectual property protection and high-quality development of manufacturing industry.The degree of fairness negatively moderates the mediating effect of innovation drive between intellectual property protection and high-quality development of manufacturing industry.The indirect effect is gradually weakened with the improvement of government efficiency,fairness and marketization.The conclusions provide objective empirical evidence for improving the high-quality development of manufacturing industry by strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights,and reveals the mechanism of action,which has theoretical significance for relevant departments to formulate important policies to promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.
