人力资本、技术进步与中国文化产业转型升级——基于中介效应模型的分析

Human Capital,Technological Progress and the Transformation and Upgrading of China’s Cultural Industry: an Analysis based on the Mediating Effect Model

随着中国文化产业发展过程中掣肘性因素越发明显,文化产业转型升级成为必然。而目前国内对文化产业转型升级的研究相对匮乏,鉴于人力资本具备的丰富创造力以及以数字技术为代表的新一轮科技革命的兴起,为了填补该方面研究的缺失,通过构建中介效应模型,研究人力资本、技术进步和文化产业转型升级之间的关系,并采用Sobel和Bootstrap方法进行中介效应检验,结果显示:人力资本会以技术进步为中介促进文化产业转型升级,但技术进步中介效应在总效应中占比微小,说明人力资本在促进文化产业转型升级过程中的要素功能作用发挥较大,而通过技术创新来促进文化产业转型升级的作用较小,进一步验证了中国文化产业亟待通过技术进步来促进转型升级。

As the restrictive factors in the development of China’s cultural industry gradually appear,the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industry have become inevitable.At present,domestic research on the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industry is relatively scarce,and in view of the rich creativity of human capital and the rise of a new round of technological revolution represented by digital technology,in order to fill the gap of this research,this paper studies the relationships among human capital,technological progress,and the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industry by constructing the Mediating Effect Model.Furthermore,the paper also performs mediating effect evaluation through Sobel and Bootstrap methods.Results have shown that:Human capital will promote the transformation and upgrading of cultural industry through the intermediary of technological progress,but the mediating effect of technological progress accounts for a small proportion of the total effect,it shows that human capital plays an important role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of cultural industry,but plays a minor role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of cultural industry through technological innovation,it further proves that China’s cultural industry urgently needs to promote transformation and upgrading through technological progress.
