经典案例分析下的干预模式对点阵激光治疗瘢痕患者心理状态、满意度的影响

Effect of Intervention Model Based on Classic Case Analysis on Psychological Status and Satisfaction in Patients with Scars Treated by Fractional Laser

目的:探讨经典案例分析下的干预模式对点阵激光治疗瘢痕患者心理状态、满意度的影响。方法:选取2018年1月1日~2019年1月31日行点阵激光治疗的瘢痕患者38例为对照组,采用常规护理;选取2019年2月1日~2020年2月29日行点阵激光治疗的瘢痕患者38例为观察组,在常规护理基础上实施经典案例分析下的干预模式。比较两组干预前后心理状态[采用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]、治疗效果[采用温哥华瘢痕评分量表(VSS)]及患者满意度、并发症发生情况。结果:干预1、3个月后,两组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于干预前(P<0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);干预1、3个月后,两组VSS评分低于干预前(P<0.01),且观察组干预1个月后VSS评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:经典案例分析下的干预模式可帮助行点阵激光治疗的瘢痕患者改善心理状况,提高满意度,避免并发症发生。

Objective:To explore the effect of intervention model based on classic case analysis on the psychological status and satisfaction in patients with scars treated by fractional laser.Methods:A total of 38 scar patients who underwent fractional laser treatment during January 1,2018 to January 31,2019 were included in the control group,and 38 patients with scars treated with intervention model based on classic case analysis and fractional laser during February 1,2019 to February 29,2020 were enrolled as the observation group.Before and after intervention,the psychological status by Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),treatment effect byVancouver Scar Scale(VSS),satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention and after 1 month of intervention,the scores of HAMA scale and HAMD scale in the two groups were lower than those those before intervention(P<0.01),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 months of intervention,the VSS scores in the two groups were lower than those before inrervention(P<0.01).After 1 month of intervention,the VSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Intervention model based on classic case analysis in scar patients treated by fractional laser can help to improve the psychological status,enhance the satisfaction,and avoid the occurrence of complications.
