专科护士主导的医疗游戏护理模式在儿童哮喘护理中的应用

Application of Medical Game Nursing Model Led by Specialist Nurses in the Nursing for Pediatric Asthma

目的:探讨专科护士主导的医疗游戏护理模式在儿童哮喘护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年5月1日~2021年5月31日收治的102例哮喘患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各51例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上接受专科护士主导的医疗游戏护理;比较两组护理前后男女患儿行为特征[采用Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)]、疾病控制效果[采用改良哮喘控制问卷(ACQ-6)]及生命质量[采用采用哮喘生命质量问卷(AQLQ)]。结果:护理后,观察组女患儿CBCL中躯体主诉、退缩、焦虑抑郁、社交问题方面得分均低于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),男患儿CBCL中躯体主诉、焦虑抑郁、社交问题、违纪行为、攻击行为方面得分均低于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);护理后,观察组AQLQ中症状、环境刺激、活动受限、情感功能方面得分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:专科护士主导的医疗游戏护理模式可以减少哮喘患儿的异常行为,改善生命质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of medical game nursing model led by specialist nurses in the nursing for pediatric asthma.Methods:A total of 102 children with asthma admitted during May 1,2019 to May 31,2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received medical game nursing led by specialist nurses.Comparison was made between the two groups before and after nursing on behavior characteristics by Achenbach child behavior scale(CBCL),disease control effect by modified questionnaire(ACQ-6)of asthma control and quality of life by asthma quality of life questionnaire(AQLQ).Results:After nursing,the scores of somatic complaints,withdrawal,anxiety and depression and social problems of CBCL in girls were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05),the scores of somatic complaints,anxiety and depression,social problems,disciplinary offense and aggressive behaviors of boys in the observation group were lower than those of girls and boys in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).After nursing,the AQLQ scores such as symptoms,environmental stimulation,limited activity,and emotion function in the observation group were higher than those in the the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The medical game nursing model led by specialist nurses can reduce abnormal behaviors and improve quality of life in children with asthma.
