摘要
目的:探讨失效模式和效应分析及童趣诱导在学龄前儿童门诊输液中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月1日~2021年4月30日在门诊输液治疗的学龄前儿童178例,根据倾向性评分分为对照组和观察组各89例,对照组实施常规护理及童趣诱导,观察组在对照组基础上实施失效模式和效应分析;比较两组输液过程中不良反应、干预前后护理质量、患儿对输液治疗的依从性及家属对护理的满意度。结果:观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组就诊环境、基础护理、知识教育、护患沟通、无菌消毒、药品器械完备护理质量方面得分均高于干预前(P<0.01),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患儿对输液治疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组家属对操作技术、专业知识、沟通能力及服务质量满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在学龄前儿童门诊输液中应用失效模式和效应分析及童趣诱导,可提高患儿对输液治疗的依从性,提升门诊护理质量,减少输液中不良事件的发生,提高家属对护理的满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of failure mode,effect analysis,and the children′s interest induction in outpatient infusion among preschool children.Methods:During April 1,2019 to April 30,2021,178 preschool children were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the tendency scores,with 89 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and children′s interest induction,while the observation group was given failure mode and effect analysis based on the control group.The adverse events,nursing quality before and after intervention,children′s compliance with infusion treatment and family members′satisfaction scores with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the visiting environment,basic nursing,knowledge education,nurse-patient communication,sterile disinfection and complete nursing quality of medicines and instruments scores were higher in both groups than those intervention(P<0.01),and higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The compliance of children in the observation group to infusion treatment was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).The satisfaction scores of family members in the observation group on operation skills,professional knowledge,communication skills and service quality were higher than those in the the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of failure mode,effect analysis and childlike interest induction in preschool children with infusion in outpatient department can improve their compliance with infusion treatment,improve the quality of outpatient care,reduce adverse events in infusion,and improve the satisfaction of their families.
