纳米无机材料填充改性ETFE复合材料的热性能研究

摘要 乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)是一种达到力学平衡的氟材料,但ETFE的热稳定性是经常被关注的一个话题。使用纳米SiO_(2)及BN填充ETFE树脂,研究了ETFE复合材料的热性能。通过试验发现,单纯添加SiO_(2)至ETFE树脂,可以明显降低复合材料的成型收缩率,对ETFE树脂而言,SiO_(2)是一种优良的热稳定剂。纳米SiO_(2)及BN填充ETFE树脂均可以使其耐热性得到提高,单纯添加SiO_(2)时,其最佳用量为1%~2%(质量比);SiO_(2)/BN两种无机材料共同添加可进一步提高复合材料的耐热性能,还可以增大无机材料的用量,其最佳用量为2%~3%。 Ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer(ETFE)is a kind of fluorine material that achieves mechanical equilibrium,but the thermal stability of ETFE is a topic that is often discussed.The thermal properties of ETFE composites filled with nano SiO_(2)and BN were studied.The test shows that the molding shrinkage can be significantly reduced by simply adding SiO_(2)to ETFE resin,and SiO_(2)is an excellent heat stabilizer for ETFE resin.Nano SiO_(2)and BN filled ETFE resin can improve its heat resistance,the optimal dosage of SiO_(2)is 1%~2%,SiO_(2)/BN two inorganic materials can be added together to further improve the heat resistance of composite materials,while increasing the amount of inorganic materials,the optimal dosage is 2%~3%.
