中药注射剂和中药提取物治疗脓毒症急性肺损伤的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 脓毒症急性肺损伤是一种危及生命的疾病并发症,当身体对感染作出反应时出现,目前是重症监护病房死亡的主要原因。近年来,中药在脓毒症急性肺损伤治疗中的应用趋势日益广泛,强调使用中药的主要功效及有效成分来平衡对感染的免疫反应,包括清热和毒素,增强身体抵抗力。本文概述了中药注射剂和中药提取物在脓毒症急性肺损伤治疗中的应用现状,总结中药治疗脓毒症肺损伤的作用机制,提出了应用中药治疗脓毒症急性肺损伤的建议,为临床研究和基础研究提供更多的思路和方向。 Sepsis-induced acute lung injury is a life-threatening disease complication that occurs when the body responds to infection and is currently the leading cause of death in intensive care units.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used in the treatment of sepsis-induced acute lung injury.Emphasis is placed on using the main effects and active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine to balance the immune response to infection,including clearing heat and toxins and strengthening the physical resistance.This paper outlines the current application of traditional Chinese medicine injections and extracts in the treatment of sepsis-induced acute lung injury,summarizes the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sepsis-induced acute lung injury,and proposes the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sepsis-induced acute lung injury to provide more ideas and directions for clinical research and basic research.
