层次分析法与模糊数学法综合评价造纸行业废水污染技术研究

摘要 制浆造纸工艺有着颇高的复杂性,并且会产生较大规模的废水,对制浆造纸行业持续发展带来负面影响。设计出制浆造纸水污染控制技术评价系统,其中涉及到指标层与准则层分别为11个与4个指标。将制浆造纸的末端废水处理、白水循环回用、漂白为例,引进层次分析法明确指标权重,之后利用矩阵开展模糊数学评价,并对其进行综合评分,对该水污染控制技术展开综合评估与评优,由此为该行业的节能减排目标实现等提供重要的理论支持。 Pulp and paper technology has high complexity, and will produce large-scale wastewater, pulp and paper industry has a negative impact on the sustainable development. In this paper, an evaluation system of water pollution control technology for pulp and paper industry is designed, which involves 11 indexes and 4 indexes respectively. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is used to determine the weights of these indexes, then the fuzzy mathematics evaluation is carried out by using the Matrix. And the comprehensive evaluation is carried out for the fuzzy mathematics evaluation, and then the comprehensive evaluation and optimization of the water pollution control technology is carried out. Therefore, it provides important theoretical support for the realization of energy-saving and emission-reduction targets in this industry.
