在软包抽取式纸巾的生产过程中,小包开口方式在消费者体验和产品质量保护环节起着非常重要的作用。以维达纸业(中国)有限公司投入的开口刻线改造项目为背景,详细阐述设备研发及工艺改造的技术路线。在实际生产过程,该设备工艺能解决因包装膜材质变化导致开口困难,以及物流运输容易出现开口破包等缺点,结果表明该技术具有突破性解决以上顽固问题,且设备操作非常简易,刀具使用周期更加长久。

In order to solve the soft package the removable tissues packaging limited opening, and prone to begin bag broken stubborn logistics problems. Therefore, we design the scribed line equipment and technology, and applied to daily paper factory. The equipment process mainly improve work efficiency, reduce the quality related quality issue, and reduce the hardware cost and other characteristics, contribute to the continuous development of the plant for construction.
