摘要
近些年,人们对纸张需求呈现出持续增长态势,造纸工业也实现了迅速发展。目前造纸装备朝着连续、集成、规模化方向发展,在此背景下,造纸工艺对自动化控制系统的需求日益提升,目的就是提升管理与操控的自动化。很多自动化系统的问世,使得造纸工控系统得到更高水平的监控,同时也促使生产系统复杂性显著提升,对应的故障也开始出现。分析智能控制技术下对造纸工业流浆箱智能稀释水调浓系统的开发。在智能控制技术下,流浆箱作为造纸工业中重要的环节,系统的稳定性能极其重要。解决了流浆箱智能稀释水调浓的通讯创建困难,实现了更新与建立数据库进行远程诊断,通过智能监控系统实现了诊断流浆箱故障结果。
In recent years, people’s demand for paper has shown a continuous growth trend, and the paper industry has also achieved relatively rapid development. At this time, papermaking equipment is developing in the direction of continuous, integration and scale. In this context, the demand for automatic control system of papermaking process is increasing, and the purpose is to improve the automation of management and control. The advent of a lot of automation systems, but also make the paper industrial control system to get a higher level of monitoring, of course, this also makes the production system complexity significantly increased, the corresponding failure also began to appear. Therefore, this paper analyzes the development of intelligent dilution water concentration system for pulp box of paper industry under intelligent control technology. Under the intelligent control technology, as an important link in the paper industry, the stability of the system is very important. It solves the communication difficulties of intelligent dilution and concentration of slurry box, realizes the update and establishment of database for remote diagnosis, and realizes the diagnosis of slurry box fault result through intelligent monitoring system.
