摘要
为了寻找新型Fe^(3+)探针,以土甘草A为荧光基团,含N长链为识别基团,合成系列4-O-氨基取代土甘草A荧光探针(2a-2c,3a-3c),化合物经^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR,ESI-MS,IR和X-ray单晶衍射表征其结构。采用荧光发射光谱研究了探针对常见金属离子的识别响应,筛选出具有高选择性和高灵敏度的荧光探针。结果表明,探针3b对Fe^(3+)具有良好的识别作用,且与Fe^(3+)浓度呈现出良好的线性关系,相关系数R^(2)=0.969 2。探针3b与Fe^(3+)形成络合物的物质的量之比为1∶1,检测限为3.47μmol·L^(-1)。同时,干扰实验表明探针3b具有良好的抗干扰性能。因此,探针3b对Fe^(3+)具有专一识别能力,可应用于微量Fe^(3+)的检测。
A series of novel fluorescence probes of 4-O-amino substituted derivatives(2a-2c,3a-3c) were designed and synthesized successfully based on robustic acid as the fluorophore and the long chain of amino as the recognizing groups.And their structures were characterized by ~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR,ESI-MS,IR spectracopy and X-ray single crystal diffraction.Selective recognition of all compounds for common metal cations was investigated by fluorescence emission spectrum.The probe 3b exhibited high selectivity for Fe^(3+).The spectroscopic titration indicated that a good linear work curve with R~2=0.969 2 was achieved,and the stoichiometry of the Fe^(3+) complex was 1∶1.The minimum detection limit for Fe^(3+) was 3.47 μmol·L^(-1).Overall,the probe 3b has specific recognition ability to Fe^(3+),which can be used for the detection of trace Fe^(3+) ions.
