摘要 钢铁企业的环境除尘工程尘源点多、覆盖面广,往往出现管道布置跨距大、高架空状况,跨距的设计方面既要考虑刚度和强度条件,也要考虑风振因素。通过跨距计算和风振核算,选择合适的管道加强结构,以满足高空长跨距的管道布置安全性要求。 In iron and steel enterprises,the environmental dust removal project usually has the characteristics of many dust source points and wide coverage,layout of pipes often has a large span and high overhead.so design of span should consider not only the stiffness and strength conditions,but also the wind vibration factors.Through span calculation and wind vibration calculation,the appropriate pipelines strengthening structure is selected to meet the safety requirements.
