冷轧厂废水二级膜处理中试研究

摘要 针对目前某钢铁冷轧厂冷轧光整机废水用量大、循环效率低的问题,通过二级膜处理工艺对冷轧厂热镀锌光整机废水进行处理,研究结果表明PTFE膜对有机物具有很好的去除效果,二级膜处理后的产水COD去除率超过99.4%。浊度和电导率的去除率超过85%和93%。经过二级膜处理后的出水水质满足《钢铁工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 13456—2012)排放标准,本试验达到了预期效果,可以为膜处理法处理冷轧废水的工程应用提供参考。 In response to the current problem of large amount of cold rolling finishing machine wastewater and low circulation efficiency in a steel cold rolling mill,the hot dip galvanizing finishing machine wastewater from the cold rolling mill was treated by secondary membrane treatment process,and the research results show that PTFE membrane has good out effect on organic matter,and the removal rate of COD exceeds 99.4%for the produced water after secondary membrane treatment.The removal rate of turbidity and conductivity exceeded 85%and 93%.The effluent water quality after secondary membrane treatment meets the discharge standard of"Steel Industry Water Pollutants Discharge Standard"(GB 13456—2012).This test achieves the expected effect in the treatment effect,which can provide reference for the engineering application of membrane treatment method to treat cold rolling wastewater.
