摘要
采用气相色谱直接进样法对浓酱清米四大香型白酒中的己酸、乙酸、正丁酸、正戊酸进行了准确定性定量分析。结果表明:己酸、乙酸、正丁酸、正戊酸的定量检出限可控制在6.41~20.30 mg/L,在9.53~2055.08 mg/L质量浓度范围内,具有良好的线性相关,R^(2)可达0.997~0.999;定量重复性RSD均不大于3%;加标回收率为95.91%~108.68%。本文确定了一次性准确定量白酒中四大酸的分析方法,为新国标《白酒质量要求第1部分:浓香型白酒》中己酸的测定提供了数据支持与文献参考。
The qualitative and quantitative analysis of hexanoic acid,acetic acid,n-butyric acid and n-valeric acid in Nongxiang Baijiu,Jiangxiang Baijiu,Qingxiang Baijiu and Mixiang Baijiu was carried out by gas chromatography.The results showed that the limits of detection of the four kinds of acid could be controlled within the range of 6.41 mg/L to 20.30 mg/L;the acids had good linear relationship in the concentration range of 9.53 mg/L to 2055.08 mg/L,R^(2) was between 0.997 and 0.999,the relative standard deviations(RSD)were less than 3%,and the spiked recovery rates were between 95.91%and 108.68%.This study has established a method for simultaneous and accurate quantification of the four kinds of acid in Baijiu,which has provided data support and reference for the determination requirements of hexanoic acid in Baijiu specified in the new national standard for the quality of Nongxiang Baijiu.
