羊传染性脓疱性皮炎又被称为传染性脓疱病和羊口疮,是一种传染性疾病,年龄越小的羊对该类病毒的易感性越强,临床症状最为严重,主要表现为嘴唇、蹄部、乳房出现不同程度的溃疡病变。从易感群体来讲,山羊比绵羊的易感性更强。而羊溃疡性皮炎是绵羊体中发生流行率相对较高的一类传染性疾病,目前对引起该种疾病的病原认知不足,主要表现为嘴唇、腿部出现溃疡病变,生殖系统出现不同程度的炎症病变,同样具有较强的传染性,对羊的正常生长造成严重的危害。由于传染性脓疱皮炎和溃疡性皮炎的临床特征十分相似,在开展疾病诊治中经常出现混淆的现象,导致防治方案缺乏针对性、诊断不科学、不能在短时间内控制病情。该文探讨了羊传染性脓疱性皮炎和溃疡性皮炎的诊断与防治过程。

Sheep infectious pustular dermatitis,also known as infectious pustulosis and aphthous sores,is a kind of zoonotic infectious disease shared by sheep,goats and humans.The stronger the susceptibility,the most severe clinical symptoms,mainly manifested as different degrees of ulcer lesions on the lips,hoofs,and breasts.In terms of susceptible groups,goats are more susceptible than sheep,and people can also cause infection through damaged skin after exposure to the virus.Sheep ulcerative dermatitis is a kind of infectious disease with a relatively high prevalence in the sheep population.At present,there is insufficient awareness of the pathogen causing the disease.It is mainly manifested as ulcers on the lips and legs,and also in the reproductive system.Inflammatory lesions of different degrees are also highly contagious,which will cause serious harm to the normal growth and development of sheep.It is currently unknown which pathogenic infection causes ulcerative dermatitis.Because the clinical features of infectious pustular dermatitis and ulcerative dermatitis are very similar,confusion often occurs in the process of disease diagnosis and treatment,resulting in a lack of targeted diagnosis in the prevention and treatment plan,and unscientific control of the disease in a short period of time.This study discussed the diagnosis and prevention process of sheep infectious pustular dermatitis and ulcerative dermatitis respectively,hoping to better clarify the differences between the two diseases and scientifically carry out disease diagnosis.
