要加强畜牧兽医体系建设,必须以加强我国现代化畜牧业基础设施建设为主,首先,要建立村、乡、县为一体的3级动物防疫保护层,层层防护,然后再在此基础上建立一支现代化的畜牧兽医服务队伍,促进我国畜牧业现代化发展。其次,现代化畜牧业医疗体系的建设必须将畜禽防疫灭病作为主导环节,减少动物疫情的发生,提高我国畜禽的生存率,为现代化畜牧业的发展提供基础保障。最后,要想建设现代化的畜牧兽医医疗体系,必须建立一套完善的畜禽防疫措施,从根本上抓牢畜牧业生产安全。

To strengthen the construction of animal husbandry and veterinary system,we must strengthen the infrastructure construction of modern animal husbandry in our country,and then on this basis to establish a modern team of animal husbandry and veterinary services to promote the modernization of our country’s animal husbandry development.Secondly,the construction of modern animal husbandry medical system must take animal epidemic prevention and disease elimination as the leading link to reduce the occurrence of animal epidemic and improve the survival rate of livestock and poultry in our country,to provide basic guarantee for the development of modern animal husbandry.Finally,if we want to build a modern animal husbandry and veterinary medical system,we must establish a set of perfect animal epidemic prevention measures to fundamentally grasp the safety of animal production.
