摘要 清晰明确的职业身份定位是技能型人才在工作世界稳健发展的重要前提。基于个体叙事视角,对职业教育本科生职业身份漂移现象中的危机因素进行质性分析发现:在职业身份定位的三个阶段中,职教本科生面临着外部动机影响下的盲目选择风险、教学质量缺失下的身份定位风险以及逐利市场笼罩下的职业逃离风险。三大漂移风险限制了职教本科生职业生涯发展观的形成,也制约了他们在本专业领域内追寻职业理想的步伐。通过形塑学生正向积极的职业身份认知,强化教师职业定位领航主体作用,重构职业本科教育课程教学新样态,并完善职业生涯发展支持保障机制,将有助于化解职业身份漂移风险,推动职教本科生职业发展之路行稳致远。 A clear positioning of career identity is an important prerequisite for the steady development of skilled talents in their career path. From the perspective of individual narrative, the qualitative analysis of the crisis factors in the phenomenon of career identity drift of vocational education undergraduates shows that in the three stages of vocational identity positioning, vocational education undergraduates face the risk of blind choice under the influence of external motivation, the risk of identity positioning with the absence of quality teaching, and the risk of career escape under the shadow of profit-seeking market. The three risks of drift limit the formation of vocational education undergraduates’ career development outlook, and also restrict their pursuit of career ideals in their professional fields. By shaping a positive career identity cognition of students, strengthening teachers’ role in leading students’ path of career positioning, restructuring the new pattern of vocational undergraduate education curriculum and teaching, and improving the support and safeguard mechanism for career development will help to defuse the risk of career identity drift and promote the career development of vocational undergraduate students.
