老旧社区绿道选线及优化策略——以苏州网师巷社区为例

The Strategies for the Route Determination and Optimization of Greenways at Old Communities——Exampled by Wangshixiang Community of Suzhou

社区绿道是与居民日常生活紧密联系的最小层级绿道,将其与老旧社区改造相结合,有利于带动老旧社区环境和服务能力的整体提升。文章以苏州网师巷社区为例,对老旧社区绿道建设方法进行探讨,提出结合POI数据及空间句法分析的社区绿道选线方法,并从绿道游径系统、绿道绿化和绿道设施3个方面总结设计策略,为网师巷社区绿道建设提供科学的规划设计指导,同时也为其他社区绿道建设提供方法借鉴。

The community greenway is the closest unit tied to the daily life of residents, and its combination with the renovation of old communities is beneficial for the overall upgrade of the environment and service capacity of old communities. This article takes Wangshixiang Community of Suzhou as an example and probes into the construction method for old communities’ greenways. It proposes the greenway route determination method that combines POI data and spatial syntax analysis, and summarizes the design strategies from 3 perspectives including greenway trail system, greening of greenway, and facilities of greenway, so as to provide a guidance of scientific planning and design for the greenway construction of Wangshixiang Community, and also to provide a reference of method for the greenway construction of other communities.
