空间生产视角下抚仙湖马房村空间转型及优化策略

The Strategy for the Spatial Transformation and Optimization of Mafang Village at Fuxian Lake from the Perspective of Spatial Production

在城镇化与生态保护双重影响下,高原湖泊乡村空间转型发展矛盾日益凸显。在政府、市场和居民推动空间生产的背景下,文章以土地流转和乡村旅游为主线,探讨抚仙湖马房村乡村空间从原始农业型向旅游消费型转变过程,揭示马房村在多元空间生产主体干涉下的空间转型的特征、驱动机制和优化机制,以期为同类型乡村空间转型及乡村可持续发展提供参考。

Dually influenced by urbanization and ecological protection,the villages at plateau lakes have increasingly prominent conflicts in their spatial transformation and development.Under the background that the spatial production is activated by the government,the market,and the residents,this paper is themed mainly by the land transfer and village tour,and it probes into the transformation process of the village space of Mafang Village at Fuxian Lake from agricultural primitive to tourism consumptive,revealing the features,driving mechanism,and optimizing mechanism of the spatial transformation at Mafang Village when it is influenced by multiple subjects involved in spatial production,in order to provide a reference for the spatial transformation and sustainable development of the villages of the same type.
